ClearSignalQ is not intended for the storage, processing, transmission, or analysis of Protected Health Information ("PHI") as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA").
Customers agree not to upload, submit, transmit, store, or otherwise provide PHI through the Services.
ClearSignalQ does not represent or warrant that the Services are HIPAA compliant and does not enter into Business Associate Agreements ("BAAs").
If a customer inadvertently submits PHI, the customer shall promptly notify ClearSignalQ at info@clearsignalq.io and cooperate in the removal of such information.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that information submitted to the Services complies with applicable privacy, healthcare, and data protection laws.
The Services, software, algorithms, branding, content, visual design, and technology are owned by ClearSignalQ or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Services.
Customers retain ownership of data submitted to the Services. You grant ClearSignalQ a limited license to process such data solely for providing and improving the Services.
ClearSignalQ may generate opportunity rankings, scores, predictions, summaries, recommendations, and outreach drafts. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. ClearSignalQ does not guarantee revenue outcomes, sales success, conversion rates, business performance, data completeness, or data accuracy. Users are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use. See our AI Usage Policy.
The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Services may display content originating from third-party sources. ClearSignalQ is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of third-party information.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." CLEARSIGNALQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEARSIGNALQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER TO CLEARSIGNALQ DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClearSignalQ and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
