AI Usage Policy

ClearSignalQ uses artificial intelligence to help users surface and prioritize revenue opportunities. This policy explains how our AI features work, what data they use, and — importantly — their limitations. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How We Use AI

ClearSignalQ applies AI and machine-learning techniques to:

• Opportunity rankings & scoring — prioritizing organizations based on observed market signals.
• Signal classification & summarization — categorizing and condensing public market activity.
• Contact recommendations — suggesting relevant roles and decision-makers.
• Outreach drafts — generating editable starting points for emails and messaging.
• Predictive insights — estimating buying windows and likely areas of need.

What Data the AI Uses

Our AI operates on publicly available business information (such as public filings, newsrooms, regulatory data, and commercially available business data) together with the business context you provide in the platform. The platform must not be used with Protected Health Information (PHI); see our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party AI Providers

ClearSignalQ uses third-party AI services (including Anthropic) to process content. These providers act as our sub-processors under confidentiality and security obligations. Customer data is not sold, and is not used to train public AI models. Our current sub-processors are listed in the Security & Trust Center.

Limitations of AI

Specifically, ClearSignalQ does not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of rankings, scores, or predictions
• Revenue outcomes, sales success, or conversion rates
• That recommended contacts are current, correct, or appropriate to contact
• That generated outreach is suitable to send without review

AI outputs may reflect biases or gaps present in underlying source data.

Human Review Required

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated outputs before relying on or acting on them — including before sending any outreach, contacting any individual, or making any business decision. AI features assist your judgment; they do not replace it.

Responsible Use

You agree to use AI features lawfully and in compliance with applicable rules, including anti-spam, marketing, and privacy laws governing outreach. Do not use AI outputs to harass, deceive, or unlawfully target any person or organization.

Changes

We may update this AI Usage Policy as our features evolve. Changes become effective upon posting.
