Customer data is not sold. Customer data is not used to train public AI models.

No Protected Health Information (PHI)

ClearSignalQ is built solely on publicly available business information. It is not designed to receive, and must not be used to store or transmit, Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. We do not act as a HIPAA Business Associate and do not offer Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). Do not enter PHI into any field of the platform. We may remove data and suspend access if PHI is found on the platform. Account holders are required to acknowledge this restriction when creating an account.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Your sign-in session is kept in your browser's local storage (a JSON Web Token) — not in cookies. We use cookies only in limited cases: our payment processor, Stripe, sets cookies during checkout to process payments securely; and, when product analytics is enabled, PostHog stores a small identifier so we can understand aggregate platform usage and improve the product. We do not use advertising, marketing, or social-media tracking cookies, and we do not share your information with advertising partners. You can clear or block local storage and cookies through your browser settings, though sign-in and payment may not function properly if you do.
